Club America could be on the verge of completing a double signing from Tigres this summer.
According to Futbol Total, Lucas Zelarayán and Ismael Sosa have both caught the eye of Las Aguilas boss, Miguel Herrera.
Neither player has been a regular starter in the Clausura, though Sosa has been enjoying more minutes than he saw in the Apertura.
Despite a lack of action, the former Independiente forward leads the Tigres assists charts with seven, one more than Frenchman Andre-Pierre Gignac.
Sosa was close to moving to America when he left Pumas UNAM in the summer of 2016, but rejected the chance to stay in Mexico City and instead opted to link up with Tuca at El Volcan.
Tigres would expect to receive at least $3.5 million for each player.
If the pair move to the capital, it’s expected America would allow both Joe Corona and William Da Silva to move on.
